Collin E. Bailey, Esq., is the Chief Transformation Officer at Hudson’s Bay Company and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Roger Williams University School of Law. Collin joined the Board of Directors in 2024.
In his role at Hudson’s Bay Company, Collin oversees strategic initiatives to drive organizational change and transformation. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Enterprise Procurement for CVS Health, where he was recognized with a CVS CEO Breakthrough Award for his exceptional contributions.
Collin holds a BA from Caldwell University (NJ) and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. His extensive experience and leadership have made him a valuable asset in both corporate and academic settings.
