Michele L. Streton was elected to the Board of Directors February 20, 2021 and is the current President & CEO of Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Prior to joining Providence Mutual, Michele was the Chief Operating Officer for Personal Lines at The Hanover Insurance Group, and a Senior Vice President of Claims at Liberty Mutual. Her insurance career spans leadership roles in product, state management, claims, CAT, call centers, market consolidations and sales. Michele currently serves on the board of the Mutual Fire Insurance Association. Michele graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a master’s degree in International Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, now part of Arizona State University.
