WARWICK, RI: Providence Mutual, a mutual property and casualty insurance company, has named successful technology and innovation leader, Kashmira Pradhan, as vice president of information technology and innovation.
Kashmira brings over 20 years of experience in information technology with a focus on data management, system integration, and strategy. She has successfully designed and executed technology and innovation strategy in a variety of leadership roles, most recently with a national insurance carrier.

In her most recent position, Kashmira led her team of over 100 employees in the development and execution of a corporate data strategy. Kashmira and her team centralized several data management systems, which provided impressive annual business value and cost savings.
In the role of Vice President of Information Technology and Innovation, Kashmira will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all technology functions, including existing applications and new solutions. Kashmira and her team will build relationships and create synergies with Providence Mutual’s business units, agents, and policyholders.
