If you choose to submit a claim online, we may require you to provide additional information, such as photos of your property or vehicle, information about your insurance policy, including the policy number, and information about the circumstances and events that led you to make an insurance claim. We may collect this information in a variety of places, including claim submission forms and our bill payment platform.

If you submit a claim online, you may choose to provide us with information about third parties who were witness to or otherwise involved in the circumstances and events that led you to make an insurance claim.
